Data you provide directly
- Contact enquiries — your name and email address when you get in touch via our contact form or email
- Discovery call bookings — name, email, and any details you share when booking via Calendly
Data collected automatically
- Analytics data — pages visited, time on site, referral source, device type (via Google Analytics 4, anonymised)
- Session recordings and heatmaps — anonymised recordings of how visitors interact with pages (via Microsoft Clarity, tag ID: x0zuhd4kr5)
- Email marketing — email address and engagement data if you subscribe to our newsletter (via Klaviyo)
We do not collect payment information. No sensitive personal data is processed.

- Session recordings — retained for 30 days
